Can I get a refund for a payment I made?

Name (at top-right of screen) > Account Settings > My Registrations > Refund

If you have to cancel your registration due to some unforeseen circumstances, please send a message to the activity provider to request a refund with valid reasoning. From there, they can issue a refund request for the VersatileKids team.

Note: You can request a refund up to 90 days after your transaction was made. After 90 days, a refund cannot be processed.
